The Damage over Time spell from the Nature Affinity Specialization has been moved to the Baseline Spell List:

Frontiers Notes

The base RP rewards given for tower and keep captures has been increased.
Towers and Keeps level 5 and above will now grant bounty points to players level 35 and above:
Tower Capture: 150 BP’s
Keep Capture: 600 BP’s
We have increased the RP rewards given by the amounts shown for the following RvR missions:
Tower Capture:  500 RP’s (previously  250)
Keep Capture: 3500 RP’s (previously 500)
Capture a keep and all its towers: 5000 RP’s (previously  2000)
Open Relic Gate:  7500 RP’s (previously  4000)
Kill Players: 1000 RP’s (previously 750)
Open Darkness Falls: 1500 RP’s (previously 750)
Camelot Classic World Notes

Trifecta

Costs and rewards for Trifecta have been updated.
It now costs 10 gold to purchase a Trifecta Token.
Tier 1 Trifecta rewards will now include: essence of an afrit, Dragon Scales and Atlantean Glass.
Tier 2 Trifecta rewards will now include: reforming energies of an afrit, Aurulite Clusters, Dragon Scales and Atlantean Glass.
Tier 3 Trifecta rewards will now include: larger amounts of Dragon Scales and Atlantean Glass, Draconic Stones, Legendary Components, Complete Master Level Credits, Epic Mounts and more.
Darkness Falls Dungeon

NPC’s have been added to Darkness Falls which will buff players with concentration buffs. These NPC’s are located at each entrance and will sell buffs to players for Gold or Bounty points.
Quests

Dragon Mythirian quests are now repeatable.
Shrouded Isles World Notes

Item Notes

Monsters in Avalon City will now drop Dragon Scales.
Monsters in Trollheim will now drop Dragon Scales.
Monsters in Fomor will now drop Dragon Scales.
 

Trials of Atlantis World Notes

Encounters

Most Master Level x.10 encounters will now spawn every half hour.
Item Notes
Trogo Zontanos Mageia now give Atlantean Glass for five reforming energies of an afrit.
Sunless Dweller's Buckler is now dyable like other shields of its type.
Atlantean Glass no longer drops to everyone in a Battlegroup on most Master Level x.10 encounters. Draco is the exception to this and will continue to drop Glass and Scales to everyone in the Battlegroup that is within range.
Draco now drops more Dragon Scales to each person in a Battlegroup within range.
Atlantean Glass has been added to the vast majority of humanoid and intelligent monsters in all Atlantis zones.
Atlantean Glass has been added in higher amounts to most Master Level .1 - .9 encounters.
Atlantean Glass has been added in higher amounts to most Artifact encounters.
Atlantean Glass has been added to the various treasure chests found throughout Atlantis. These chests also now give more items as well.
Credit requirements for treasure granted by completing most Master Level and Artifact encounters have been lifted. The treasure will drop now regardless if anyone needs credit in the group.
Labyrinth World Notes

General

So they've made Glass and Scales even easier to get. I wonder how many mobs I could kill at once in Fomor on my Verd animist if I had a puller. I'm guessing I can handle 15+ a pull. I actually think Gluck's chanter can pull even more. Probably be camped to hell and gone though.

Oh, and once this goes live, we should go artifact hunting. There's a few dozen that really easy to do with 3-4 characters.

Pretty sweet patch notes. Formor is a kick ass place to farm, if roaming.

It's a little lotto game they put in several years back(2006ish?). Basically "cards" are "dealt" and you pick one from each deck. The first deck only has like 3 cards, the 2nd has I think 5, and the third has 7 IIRC. Then they are "reshuffled" and re-dealt. You win prized based on how many cards match. Right now it's pretty minor stuff, I think mostly emote items for 1 match, pets or DF seals for 2, and I think weapon dyes and possible respec stone for a trifecta. Obviously they are upping the prizes considerably, but the cost as well.
