I know a few other people watch these things too, so I'll put up my picks this time. If there's any interest in discussion, I'll put up picks for later cards.
Jones over Vera: I've always thought Vera's stock was a little high. Not saying he's a bad fighter, just he's overvalued a lot of times. Jones is a beast. He is quick and does mean things to people. If Jones avoids getting sloppy after a takedown, I don't see Vera winning.
Dos Santos over Gonzaga: Don't like Gonzaga in fights where he can be hit hard in the face. He sort of loses his drive to win. I can see this going the other way if Gonzaga can get it to the ground and hold position. However, I don't like his chances of doing that in this fight.
Congo over Buentello: I'm hoping this one is over very fast. It could go either way, I guess, but not really because they're exciting or crazy good. Neither fighter really has any chance of beating a top 5 heavyweight in the UFC right now. I don't think a lot of either of their stand up games, and that's their strength.
Irvin over Sakara: Read the last one again, only with their weight class.
If anyone has a particular intrest in the undercard, I'll be more than happy to argue you out of picking Gugerty or Brilz.
