Well, Manny IS pretty stupid. Someone probably gave him something to take, and he just took it without taking the necessary steps to find out if it was a banned substance or not. The guy really is an idiot, I would absolutely believe he took something banned without knowing it. This however does not absolve him of any wrongdoing, it is the responsibility of the athlete alone to ensure the he's not taking something he should not be. If yer an idiot like him and take something you shouldn't then you get suspended.
