IGN has had a sneak peak at the game in progress, seems to be a return to their roots and a bit of a departure from the norm at the same time. I'm pumped, but's going to be a long wait.

I've only ever played EMPIRE: Total War and I have no interest in touching that franchise again.  EMPIRE: Total War is definitely in my top 5 worst games ever and it may just be the worse game I've ever played for a game I actually paid for.

More like the game would crash, I suppose that could be the french, if they coded it.
